SERVICE AGREEMENT

INTRODUCTION

In this Service Agreement, “Alamo Auto Aesthetics” may be referred to as “we” or “our” and will include its employees, managers, and members. “You” and “your” will refer to you as the “customer” or anyone acting on your behalf, including agents, friends, or family members. The services performed on your vehicle may be referred to as “detail,” “wash,” “service,” “repair,” “protection,” “coating,” “wrap,” “tinting”

Alamo Auto Aesthetics requires a signed “Service Agreement” from the customer before accepting any job. By using any of our services, you agree to the terms of this Agreement without modification.

Service Fees and Payments

All prices listed on our website are estimates and not the final cost. The final cost will be provided in writing on a Service Order at the time of visual inspection (valid for up to 5 days as long as conditions remain unchanged) or upon vehicle drop-off at our shop.

Service reservations and time allocations are estimates; actual service time may vary based on vehicle condition and unforeseen delays.

A non-refundable $20 deposit is required to reserve a service time, whether booked in person or online. The remaining balance is due upon service completion. Deposits will be forfeited if the appointment is not rescheduled or canceled within 48 hours.

Payments can be made via Cash, Debit or Credit Card

Refunds and Cancellations

All services are by appointment only. Appointments must be rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations will result in forfeiture of the $20 deposit.

Vehicle Storage Fees

Vehicles dropped off a day before the appointment or not picked up by the end of business hours will incur a $50 per day storage fee unless otherwise approved in writing by a manager.

Loss or Damages

You must maintain motor vehicle insurance, including physical damage coverage. Alamo Auto Aesthetics is not liable for any vehicle damage, including incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, under any circumstances.

Final Cost and Fees

An initial written Estimate or Service Order Form will be provided after a visual inspection of the vehicle, detailing the total cost and time estimate for the requested service. Written Estimates are valid for up to 5 days.

Service Quality

We aim to provide exceptional customer service. A final walk-through inspection of the vehicle is required before it leaves our premises to address any concerns.

Depending on the service, you may need to sign a separate agreement detailing care information, warranties, etc.. at the time of the service appointment.

Marketing Purposes

You agree that Alamo Auto Aesthetics may use photographs, images, or videos of you and your property, with or without including your name, for lawful purposes such as publicity, illustration, advertising, and marketing.

Pre-Existing Conditions

Alamo Auto Aesthetics will document the existing conditions of your vehicle upon arrival. You agree not to hold Alamo Auto Aesthetics liable for any damages that may have occurred before dropping the vehicle off at our facility.

By signing this Service Agreement, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alamo Auto Aesthetics, its officers, directors, agents, successors, employees, and assigns from any and all claims that may arise from the services provided, regardless of negligence or recklessness on the part of Alamo Auto Aesthetics.
